How to Import Item list from Excel to Innoventry Software?
Many organizations use Excel sheets to maintain their financial
transactions. An organization can save their banking transactions, account
ledgers, inventory list, and other financial data into different Excel
sheets.Accountants can import old transactional Item list from Excel to
Innoventry using the option "Import Item from Excel".
Go to menu Tools> Import/Export>Import Item From excel.
Note:For import item, first export item list by using "Export Item to Excel" from software and edit that
excel and use same excel to import.
How to import Ledger from Excel to Innoventry?
User can import their Customer, Supplier, Expense, Income and other Ledger
Master from Excel to Innoventry. All the details like Name, Group, Address,
State, Pin-code, Phone No, Fax No, Mobile No, Email ID, PAN No. will be
automatically captured from Excel and imported to Innoventry.
Go to Tools>Import/Export>Import Ledger from Excel.
File Path: Enter your excel file path or click on Browse button for to
select excel file which you fill your data.And Click on Ok button.
Note:First you have to Export ledger list by using "Export Ledger To Excel"
and use same excel to import by editing with the new ledgers. ID coloumn of
new ledger must be empty.
